A catalyst for healing and transformation. Let me help guide you in dissolving stress and tension and awaken a sense of clarity and balance within.

My practice is physically and spiritually rooted in harnessing the powerful vibration from the Gong to move energy and is used in tandem with soothing sounds from Himalayan Sound Bowls, Ocean Drums, Rain Sticks and Tingsha Bells. Together, these sounds work to bring harmony to the mind and body.
